These Terms govern your use of the iOS app Fake GPS Location (the "App", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

What the App actually does: it lets you choose a place on a map and use it as your location inside the App — to share as a map link, to tag photos, and to look up weather and sun times. It does not change your device's GPS or the location other apps receive. Shared places reflect the coordinates you selected, not your real-time presence.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Media Services Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use what the App produces. You agree not to use the App to deceive anyone in a way that causes harm, to commit fraud, to violate any law, to interfere with safety or emergency services, or to infringe the rights of others. Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Pro unlocks features such as setting your location and sharing. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, as shown in the App.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel in the App (Settings → Manage Subscription) or in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
Prices may vary by region and can change; changes apply to future periods. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

5. Your content

Places and photos you create are yours. You are responsible for them and for anything you share from the App.

6. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple services (Maps, WeatherKit, StoreKit) and RevenueCat for purchases. Their availability is outside our control; the App may not function fully without them.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that map, weather or sun data is accurate or that the App is uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any consequences of how you or others use content created with the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
